Any safety incident, injury or near-miss should be reported via https://northforge.ca/safety/

These reports are automatically forwarded to the Member Council Safety Lead and the Employer co-chair of the Safety Committee. A notice of the form is posted to the locked Slack channel #safetycommittee.
