Member Council Training Lead

The Member Council Training Leads a member of Member Council.

Responsibilities

• Train the trainer sessions for the instructors. The sessions would be designed to provide cost-effective methods that help instructors engage participants in the training experience. I.e. Instructional techniques, brief lesson plans, and handouts. (Training Sessions)
• Evaluation of instructor performance;
• Support trainers in developing appropriate policies and procedures
• Support trainers in developing effective documentation
• Ensures all member demand for training is being addressed
• Check Slack channels related to training and take action as needed:
