Hearing protection

Several Tools and Rooms at the fablab are loud enough that hearing protection is required, sometimes multiple layers.

Ideally bring your own that fits you well. If you forgot yours, the fablab supplies some disposable earplugs and some shared over-ear earmuffs.

Hearing protection can cause its own hazard by reducing awareness of the environment. Be more aware of your surroundings when you wear it.
