== 5-axis is for light cuts only ==
The 5-axis is not designed for heavy cutting applications. Use the [[ShopBot 3-Axis CNC Mill]] for heavier machining, or the [[Tormach 1100 Personal CNC Milling Machine]] for even heavier milling where appropriate.

The B or A-Axis (the wrist) can deflect under load. This can cause mid-cut failures due to panic stop from B-Axis driver board alarm that will trigger a panic shutdown of the machine.
